Gelato Festival 2023
For the Gelato Festival Challenge of the Benelux, Bobbery invited trade and regional press to attend and cover the event, showcasing the best gelato of 2023 and interviewing the festival winner. A professional jury judged the ice cream based on taste (40%), structure (30%), creativity (20%), and verbal and aesthetic presentation (10%). Following the festival, Bobbery issued a press release announcing the winner, resulting in media coverage from national, regional, and trade press outlets.
